Panasonic Electric Works introduces RF Series PhotoMOS relays, featuring 60-80V types with low capacitance, as low as 4.5pF (typ). The series consists of an ultra-miniature package size SSOP type and three SOP 4-pin versions. Designated the AQY225R2V, the mounting space of the SSOP version has been reduced 40% compared to standard 4-pin SOP type, saving board space. The space saving dimensions are 4.45(L) x 2.65(W) x 1.80mm(H). The SOP versions measure 4.3(L) x 4.4(W) x 2.1mm(H) and are designated the AQY222R1S, AQY225R1S and AQY225R2S. Applications include testing equipment for semiconductor devices; as well as medical equipment such as CAT scan, MRI and ultrasound.
