The X6009 option is an addition to our NCM Cylinder Series.

The NCM-X6009 is an NCM with all 304 stainless steel exterior components. This option is useful in a variety of different applications where corrosion of exterior components is a problem. The 304 stainless steel is a corrosion resistant material and will help increase cylinder life in corrosive environments.

Some of the other features of this new option include:

· Built in rod wiper to help prevent contaminants from entering the interior of the cylinder. This helps increase cylinder life by preventing contaminants from destroying seals and the rod bushing. This also serves to prevent the washing out of interior lubrication.

· The NCM-X6009 utilizes the same quality features built into our standard NCM series cylinder. Some of these features include wear ring, optional rubber bumpers, bi-directional piston seal and optional piston magnet.

· The NCM-X6009 will be available in six bore sizes from ¾" to 2".

· Wrench flats on the rod cover are included to help protect the critical tube crimp area during cylinder tightening.

· The NCM-X6009 will be dimensionally interchangeable with our standard NCM series as well as competitor's non-repairable round body cylinders.

· Optional Viton seals and food grade grease are available.
