Beswick Engineering has developed specialized technology to produce precision metal orifices as small as 0.004" diameter in brass and stainless steel. In addition to metal orifices, Beswick also offers sapphire orifice jewels, which are extremely hard and wear resistant, in diameters as small as 0.003" in brass fittings. (read more)
Precision orifices, check valves, flow controls and fittings are offered in stainless steel construction. Precision orifices, check valves and flow controls are available in a wide variety of configurations, including set screws, pressed-in inserts, 10-32 threads, pipe threads, quick connects and process control fitting assemblies. Orifice sizes range from .0003" to .125" diameter. (read more)
The Orifice Restrictors are designed for use in pneumatic control circuits. They are available in eleven color-coded sizes from 0.004" to 0.040". The orifices are precision molded of polysulfone and are held to flow tolerances of +/-4%. Maximum supply pressure is 100 PSI. (read more)
Lee's new calibrated IMH Insert Orifices for both liquids and gases are the smallest, self-retained flow restrictors available, and provide far more accuracy than an ordinary drilled hole. Each cartridge-style orifice is 100% flow tested to ensure that every part is within ± 5% of its nominal flow rate. (read more)
The Quantum™ Series Orifice Gate™ is a significant innovation over Vortex®'s original patented Orifice Gate™. Vortex® utilizes precision laser cutting and bending technology to produce this leading-edge valve. It features an all stainless steel, weather resistant design with improved sealing, easier maintenance, and fewer parts. (read more)
TOM WHEATLEY Swing Check Valves from Cameron are used in critical service applications worldwide. The swing check design prevents backflow in a fraction of a second and there is no need for expensive actuation. If a reverse flow or critical pigging operation is required, the clapper can be manually, ROV or hydraulically actuated and held in a full open position. (read more)
In order to deliver a patient's measured insulin dose precisely and repeatedly, the Deltec Cozmo® Insulin Pump's small size required an innovative approach. Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions, Inc. designed a special miniature lead screw and nut that fit the form factor and, most importantly, met and exceeded the critical performance specifications required.
