The new RENCO sub-miniature commutating encoder, model R22i, achieves both brushless motor commutation and incremental position in a very small package size of 0.866 inches in diameter by 0.59 inches long without mounting tabs. The R22i smaller package size assembles to brushless PM motors as small as 0.866 inches (22 mm) in motor outside diameter. (read more)
Incremental rotary encoders are multi-turn sensors that use optical, mechanical, or magnetic index-counting for angular measurement. They contain no absolute reference, but instead count relative to the turn-on position. Search by Specification | Learn More
Linear encoders sense and digitize linear position change for positional measurement and feedback to control systems. Search by Specification | Learn More
Counter and timer boards are computer cards that perform digital counting and/or timing functions. Search by Specification | Learn More
Absolute rotary encoders use optical, mechanical, or magnetic indexing for angular measurement. They do not lose their position after power-down, but instead provide absolute position upon power-up without requiring a home cycle or any shaft rotation. Search by Specification | Learn More
Rotary encoder disks are round or disk-shaped and have evenly-spaced holes or markings around their perimeter. Learn More
Electronic counters and electronic timers are completely electronic units for performing a variety of counter or timer functions. Search by Specification | Learn More
Electromechanical counters and electromechanical timers accept inputs to operate mechanical display, such as rotating wheels or knobs. Search by Specification | Learn More
Digital encoders convert coded information into a familiar or uncoded format. Search by Specification | Learn More
Encoder and resolver signal conditioners accept encoder and resolver measurements and convert or condition these signals into digital data or suitable levels. Search by Specification | Learn More
Digital counters are integrated circuits used for counting events in computers and other digital systems. Search by Specification | Learn More
Mechanical counters are used to detect, totalize and indicate a sequence of events in applications that do not use electrical power. Search by Specification | Learn More
Magnetic stripe readers and magnetic stripe encoders read and encode magnetic stripe cards, credit cards, etc. Learn More
Frequency counters are digital indicating meters for accurate measurement and display of square wave and pulse input signals. Learn More
ID card readers and ID card encoders are used to transmit personal information onto various forms of storage media and retrieve this data as needed. Learn More
Particle analyzers are used to determine the physical makeup of individual particulates in aerosols, dispersion, emulsions, powders, and other samples. Search by Specification | Learn More
