The Series 100 Linear Velocity Transducers are inductive, instantaneous velocity transducers. By moving a magnet through a pair of series opposed coils, the transducer will output a DC voltage proportional to the instantaneous velocity. (read more)
These Linear Velocity Transducers provide a simple means to detect linear velocity of a moving component. Just connect to the LVT's magnet and drive it back & forth through the center of the transducer. VDC readings are directly proportional to the object's speed. No excitation required! (read more)
