So sintered ferrite magnets are very cheap. In another hand, since the magnetic properties of sintered ferrite magnets is fairly good. The sintered ferrite magnets are widely used in many different applications, such as motors and loudspeakers. It is cheaper than NdFeB. we called Economical Ferrite Magnets.

Sintered SmCo Magnets are manufactured by using powder metallurgy techniques which include stringent process controls and complicated heat treatment cycles. The composition of this alloy is approximately 35% Samarium, 60% cobalt with the balance being Fe & Cu.The chemic composition is SmCo5 and Sm2Co17. Various specifications to meet your requirements. Mould NdFeB Magnets are made by using many isotropic Neodymium, Iron, and Boron materials, as well as crushed & powdered Samarium and Cobalt ingredients. Combinations of different elemental grades are used to create specific magnetic properties. Mould compression(injection) ndFeB magnets are widely used in industry. Alnico magnets are composed primarily of Cobalt, Nickel, and Aluminum with the addition of Iron, Copper, and sometimes Titanium that helps make them become stronger permanent magnets. They can be magnetized to produce strong magnetic fields. Alnico magnets produce magnetic fields with strength at their poles as high as 1500 gauss. Manufacture is by sintering or casting.
