The miniature tear drop accelerometer, model 3225F1, is Dytran's smallest sensor to date. It is an ideal response accelerometer due to its very small size and mass. It has a sensitivity of 10mV/g and can measure vibrations up to ±500g. The 3225F1 features all titanium construction and has a removable cable. (read more)
Measurement Specialties introduces the Model 7508A, a miniature piezoelectric charge mode accelerometer designed for high frequency vibration and shock measurements at temperatures up to +200°C. Measurement Specialties introduces the Model 7108A, a miniature adhesive mount IEPE accelerometer available in ±50g to ±500g dynamic ranges. The accelerometer features a welded hermetic stainless steel construction with a coaxial 10-32 top connector. The Model 7108A incorporates stable piezo-ceramic crystals in annular shear, providing a flat frequency response up to >10kHz. (read more)
PCB Piezotronics (PCB®) has introduced Model 357A19, a very miniature charge output accelerometer, designed for performing shock and vibration studies in space-restricted locations and on small, lightweight structures. The unit occupies a 0.11 x 0.16 x 0.27 inch (2.8 x 4.1 x 6.9 mm) envelope, and weighs a mere 0.007 ounces (0.20 grams). (read more)
