Search by Specification | Learn MoreSLS is a battery-powered optical sensor utilizing a visible Class IIIa Laser for a TTL pulse output. Operating range is 75 feet with the use of reflective tape and up to 36 inches* off contrasting color targets, keyways, bolt heads or blades. (read more)
ColorMax Color Sensors from EMX, Industries. Verify the presence of targets that can be differentiated by color, faster and with greater control. A ColorMax-1000™ color sensor lets your machine see up to 15 discrete colors and analog RGB intensity. What's more, innovative technology improves sensitivity and speed, so you can maximize the pace of manufacturing. (read more)
Smith Systems, Inc. passive speed sensors (Magna-Tran ®)convert mechanical motion to an A/C voltage without the need of a power supply. These self-contained magnetic sensors produce a magnetic field which, when in the proximity of ferrous objects in motion, generate a voltage. The frequency of this voltage is directly proportional to the speed of the object in motion. (read more)
Where are you and how fast are you going? That's what GPS sensors and interfaces are ideal for telling you. We're all familiar with the 1 Hz GPS-based navigation systems found in cars, boats, and hand-held systems, but if you increase the speed and accuracy, GPS can also be used for dynamic braking and handling vehicle testing applications. (read more)
The RPS-401A-80P analog ultrasonic sensor is mounted in a PVC barrel housing and is completely self contained. It is powered by 20-30 VDC and is reverse polarity protected. It also has a narrow beam angle, which enables it to get into tight places. A flat target can tilt up to 10 degrees and still be detected. (read more)
Called Gear Tooth Sensors because they record the movement of ferrous targets, typically gear teeth, passing through a magnetic field. Magnetic Sensors Corporation offers four basic types of gear tooth sensors. (read more)
The RPS-401A, RPS-426A analog ultrasonic sensor is mounted in a barrel housing and is completely self contained. It is powered by 20-30VDC and is reverse polarity protected. It also has a narrow beam angle, which enables it to get into tight places. A flat target can tilt up to 8 degrees and still be detected. (read more)
