The IEPE shock accelerometer model 3086A series is designed for drop / shock testing and far field blast testing. It features top mount solder pins which eliminate discontinuities during high g events and allows for a field replaceable cable. The 3086A is available in 6 ranges from 2,500g to 70,000g, is electrically isolated, hermetically sealed, and has a very high natural frequency. (read more)
