The MGA-2xx03 is a high gain, fully matched, small, cost effective linear power amplifier with good efficiency over the entire band that meets industry-standard spectral emission mask (SEM) tests at the stated power at 3.3V. The AMMP-6441 is a high gain 0.4W surface mount power amplifier with excellent linearity. The device utilizes a 50 Ohm matched input/output and is ideal for use in transmitters as a driver or last stage power amplifier that operates at frequencies between 36GHz and 40GHz.
