Another type of interface level measurement equipment radiates a high frequency signal from antenna and then measures the energy absorption of the fluid surrounding the antenna to detect the interface. This type of interface level measurement equipment can be used to provide input to control interface levels in processes where accurate interface control is critically important, such as waste water treatment, desalination and dehydration equipment, processes that separate liquids, and systems for removing water from oil storage tanks.
