Ensure absolute accountability in industrial batch process applications. Accepts pulse or frequency outputs from most flow meters. A large 6-digit LCD readout can provide a display of Rate, Accumulative Total, Batch Total or Preset Batch Quantity.

Setup data, stored in non-volatile memory, requires no batteries for backup and will be recalled once power is restored. Scaled pulse output is provided for peripherals. Adjustable 8-24VDC/50 mA power supply powers a transducer or pulser. The unit is equipped with two control relays (250 VAC, 30 VDC/5 AMP) for single or two stage valve control and can be programmed for slow flow startup for suitably equipped valves.

Features:

• Automatic Overrun Compensation - automatically compensates for over/under fluid viscosity, flow rate and system operating pressure variations.
• Signal Time-Out - if flow signal is interrupted during the delivery process the output relays are de-energized and an alarm is activated via an open collector output.
• Repeating Preset - batch quantity is retained until modified.
• Count Up/Count Down - instrument can count up from zero or count down from preset batch quantity. 
  Remote Start/Stop - push button switches can be connected to rear terminal strip to initiate and terminate batches from a remote location. 
  
• Open collector transistor output - may be programmed for pump control (optional solid state relay for pump starter required) or for an end of batch alarm.
