S-65 TG uses acoustical mineral wool and has a STC=50 & NRC=1.0. The S-65 TG sound enclosure series have a 4" thick wall with a 4" modular frame. The enclosure shall be designed to incorporate ventilation using acoustically treated air intake systems. Tongue and groove acoustical panels shall have 16 gauge galvanized steel channel provided for bottom caps and top caps and openings. Wall and roof panels shall have exterior skin of 16-gauge damped galvanized steel filled with sound absorption material and 22-gauge perforated galvanized steel inner liner. Doors should be provided with acoustic seals on all four sides with galvanized, stainless steel, or nylon hinges and handles. Removable panels are easily removed via a quick release retainer clamps.
